Delete your Drop7 3D account

Drop7 3D, by Yahor Papou, creates a game account on our server the first time the app goes online. You can delete it, with all its data, in two ways.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open the game while connected to the internet.
2. Tap the + button at the top left of the main menu and choose Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted on our server at once and the game's data on that device is reset. There is no grace period and it cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot use the app, write to noizeegor001@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Drop7 3D account" and the account code shown in the game under Settings → Account code (16 characters, for example 1A2B-3C4D-5E6F-7A8B). We delete the account with that code within 30 days and reply when it is done.

We do not know your name or email address, so the code is the only way we can tell which account is yours. Without it we can only point you to the in-app steps above. If you were signed in to Play Games, reinstalling the game and signing in with the same Play Games account brings your account back, and you can then delete it in the app.

What is deleted

• your game account and its Firebase user ID, and the link to your Play Games account;
• your progress on our server: best scores, gems (including gems you bought), unlocked and equipped skins, and Prime on that account;
• the record of gems you earned and spent;
• your leaderboard entries, your name on the leaderboards, your game records and Continue records.

What is kept

• Purchase records (order number, product, time, refund state) are kept without any link to you, for as long as tax and accounting law requires and to handle refunds. Gems you bought are not refunded. If you own Prime, restoring your Google Play purchases brings Prime back to a new account.
• Play Games achievements are held by Google in your Google Account; manage them at play.google.com/games/profile.
• Analytics and crash data are tied to identifiers on your device, not to the game account, and expire on their own schedule (2 months and 90 days).
• Our server's request logs are deleted by Google Cloud after 30 days.

Accounts that are not signed in to Play Games, own no purchase and have not been used for 180 days are deleted automatically.
